I love to find creative ways to make difficult things easy and fun to understand, and I have found my niche in creating books of rhymes and jokes. I believe that in order to truly learn and love something you need to understand it, specifically two of my favorite subjects that I am most passionate about, GOD (the Scriptures), and LIBERTY (the U.S. Constitution).

I absolutely love being a wife, mother, grandmother, writer, and spending time with my family and also alone. I am a mother of three children, step-mother of 6, and a grandmother to many (over 35). My husband and I have also been foster parents in several capacities for most of our 36-years of marriage, and we are currently Host Parents for adults with disabilities. 

 

I am an entrepreneur at heart and have run several small businesses over the years, including an in-home personal fitness training business for women, a wedding decorations business, and managing a side karaoke & DJ business with my husband.  I have worked as a Peer Parent with the court system and am a former homeschooler. I love America and am passionate about promoting freedom, individual rights, and liberty for all.

I also love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and absolutely love studying the scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon and the teachings of Isaiah.

My mission in writing my books is to share my assertion that God and liberty are two of the most important things to know, understand, love, and defend. It is my hope that my books will inspire others to diligently study the U.S. Constitution, the Book of Mormon, and Isaiah to gain further knowledge and a love for the great words and principles that are found in those inspired, historical writings.
